Tim Gilbert is a Nashville criminal defense and personal injury lawyer with rare, comprehensive litigation experience. He later represented insurance companies and corporate defendants in civil litigation, including personal injury and liability claims. This experience provides insider understanding of how insurers assess exposure, defend cases, and negotiate settlements.
Today, he applies that knowledge exclusively on behalf of individuals — defending those accused of crimes and pursuing justice for those harmed by negligence.
